How much sodium is in a can?
500mg, plus 250mg of potassium, 30mg of magnesium and 30mg of calcium. That's 810mg of electrolytes in every can.
Does it have caffeine?
None. Zero caffeine and zero sugar, so any time of day works, evenings included. Want a lift? Our Sparkling Energy line brings 85mg of green tea caffeine.
When's the best time to crack one?
